GCafe Portal troubleshooting

Running alongside legacy GCafe Billing.

Do it in GCafe+ Server, or switch to GCafe Portal in Setup › Version — see Two ways to use Portal.

Clients cannot reach the server: the server firewall / antivirus blocks GCafe’s connection port, or the client runs an old client.

Allow GCafe Portal and GCafe+ Server in the server firewall / antivirus, restart one client to test. Still failing? Chat with GCafe Support to have the connection port checked.

PC shows Cảnh báo or flaps

Unstable LAN for that PC.

Check cable and switch; see Logs › System.

No guest-call sound

Type unticked, or server speakers off.

Click AA 100%, tick the type and click Thử.

Signed out while working

Password changed or account locked in GCafe+ Server.

Sign in again with the new password.

GCafe+ Server not running or server busy.

Start GCafe+ Server; wait a minute.

Overview shows 0 or misses new transactions

Not synced yet, or another date selected.

Click SyncDB; pick the right date and click View.

Title bar says GCafe đã hết hạn (expired)

GCafe Update expired.

Renew on the Thanh toán page.

CafeID recovery sign-in appears

Portal cannot read the CafeID from GCafe Billing.

Verify with CafeID or phone + OTP.

Banners / wallpapers missing on clients

Update not clicked, or old GameMenu.

Click Update Banners / Update Wallpapers; update to GameMenu 2026.

Game Server says not connected

CafeServer not found on the LAN.

Enter the CafeServer IP manually.

Monitor says Beszel is off

Monitoring service not running.

Click Bật lại Monitor.

GCafe+ Server closed after deleting / hiding a transaction

Portal must close GCafe+ Server to write data.

Reopen GCafe+ Server.
